Welcome to the terms of service page for the Wicked Spider affiliate program. Please read these terms carefully before signing up for the program.

By signing up for the Wicked Spider affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the program.

1. Description of the Program

The Wicked Spider affiliate program allows you to earn commission by promoting Wicked Spider products and services to your network. You will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your audience. When someone clicks on your referral link and makes a purchase on Wicked Spider’s website, you will earn a commission.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Wicked Spider affiliate program, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a website, blog, or social media account.
• Your website, blog, or social media account must not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal.

Wicked Spider reserves the right to reject any application to the affiliate program for any reason.

3. Commission Rates

The commission rate for the Wicked Spider affiliate program is 20% of the sale price of the product or service purchased by the customer who clicked on your referral link. Commission rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Payment

Payments will be made to affiliates on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold of £50. If your commission earnings do not meet the minimum payment threshold, your earnings will be carried over to the next month.

Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your preference. Wicked Spider is not responsible for any fees associated with the payment method you choose.

5. Promotion

As an affiliate of Wicked Spider, you are encouraged to promote Wicked Spider products and services to your audience. However, you must do so in a manner that is ethical and honest.

You must not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices, including but not limited to:

• Making false or exaggerated claims about Wicked Spider products or services.
• Using spam or unsolicited email to promote Wicked Spider products or services.
• Engaging in any form of click fraud or manipulating referral links in any way.

6. Termination

Wicked Spider reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason. If your participation is terminated, you will no longer be eligible to earn commission from Wicked Spider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wicked Spider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

8. Modification of Terms

Wicked Spider reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after any modification of these terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Wicked Spider with respect to the affiliate program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Wicked Spider.

By signing up for the Wicked Spider affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
