3. Registration and Payment
Registration for the workshop is required in advance.
Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure your place.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. No Refunds or Transfers
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of your attendance.
Transfers of your registration to another person or to a future event are not permitted.
5. Recording Access
As a registered participant, you will receive access to the workshop recordings. These recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold to any third party.
Access to the recordings will be provided via a secure link after the workshop has concluded.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the workshop, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Tosca Lahiri T/A Wicked Spider.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any of the content without explicit written permission from Tosca Lahiri.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the workshop. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Any form of recording, except by the organiser, is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to the Workshop
Tosca Lahiri T/A Wicked Spider reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or instructors as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the workshop content, Tosca Lahiri T/A Wicked Spider cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or outcomes related to the use of the information provided.
In no event shall Tosca Lahiri T/A Wicked Spider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the workshop.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
