You may want to change some of the existing text or replace an image too. We offer additional blocks of 30 minutes which may be purchased on an ad hoc basis. Can I pay annually and get a discount?

Yes, you can pay for your website support plan annually. And if you do we will apply a 20% discount. Please email us at [email protected] and we will set this up for you

Can you fix my website if it's already broken?

Yes of course we can. We will look at your website to see what’s going on, then we will do our best to give you an approximate estimate of the cost of fixing any issues.

If I break the website will you fix it?

If we can correct the issue within the specific 30 or 60 minutes tech support allocation (depending in which plan you are on), then "yes". If it will take longer than that to correct your error we will let you know before doing any work.

Do these support plans include any onsite or offsite SEO services?

No, they don't. Have a look at the SEO Services page if you are interested. The SEO services plans do include the Standard Website Support plan.

What if I haven't done any updates for months?

We will perform a free website audit for you. We will look for issues that are causing performance issues, security problems or anything else that is a putting your website at risk. If it has been a really long time since your website has been updated, it may require some major repairs. We will provide you with a report and a fixed price cost to get everything secure before we sign you up for a maintenance plan.

What if I have several websites?

The maintenance plans are per website. However, please get in touch if you have several websites and we can arrange a bulk purchase discount for more than 3 websites.

What happens if an update breaks my website?

The majority of issues will be fixed free of charge. If it is a major issue we will roll back your website to the state it was in before the update. However, if there is an overly time-consuming issue possibly introduced by user error or custom coding this will be billable. We will let you know if there are any additional charges before doing the work. You won’t get any nasty surprises.

Can I rollover any unused minutes?

Unfortunately not. The time available in the plan you select must be used each month.

Can I buy extra 30 minute time slots?

The 30 minutes blocks can be used to add a blog post to your website, change an image, change a price on an existing page or edit the text on an existing page. You may buy additional blocks of 30 minutes at £35 each if you need. For these blocks of additional time you will provide the final text and images. Unused blocks cannot be carried forward to another month or saved up.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

The support hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please email us if you need out-of-hours support?

What if a plugin is no longer supported?

On an ongoing basis, we will assess the situation and will advise you if or when a plugin is causing any problems to your site. At that point, we will let you know of an alternative plugin and any related costs.

What payment options do I have?

Payments will be automatically deducted each month via our payment provider GoCardless.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime you want with only 45 days notice from the next renewal date.
